Financial Policy
All tuition payments will be made on the Friday before or the first day of child attendance of that week. Payments can automatically charge to a credit or debit card.
1. Accounts must be kept current for students to remain in school.
2. Please contact the bookkeeper or administrative staff as soon as possible to make satisfactory arrangements on all delinquent accounts.
Termination
Please give FPA a 2 week notice before your child's withdrawal date, to allow time to fill your Childs classroom spot. If a 2 weeks written notice is not given to FPA prior to withdrawal of your child from the Academy, then the final 2 weeks fees will still be payable to FPA .Upon withdrawal, FPA does not give partial monthly credits.
Absentees
If a child is unable to attend FPA for any reason, the parent should notify FPA as soon as possible. Payment obligation will continue to hold the child's spot in class. Tuitions have been adjusted to allow for 1 week absent credit, for each year after 90 days of enrollment for sick time with a doctor’s note. If your child is sent home from FPA due to illness, no absent credit will be given for that day. Note: FPA has a year-round program which includes preschool and summer camp. We invite you to check our summer activity schedule. We have an outstanding summer program. Children ages two through five may participate. Only children having completed our K-4 program will be allowed to take fieldtrips. Beginning and ending school dates are pre-determined and will be announced no later than July of each year in our Open House Letter. Faith Preschool Academy is closed for Christmas. FPA will remain open with the exception of the holiday list you received in your enrollment packet. However, academics will not be taught during these times. Although academics are not taught, during Christmas, tuition fees will still be charged, whether you choose to keep your child in school or at home.
Non- Sufficient Funds Policy
Charges returned for non-sufficient funds must be paid for in cash or money order. A $35.00 charge will be assessed for all NSF's. If you have three NSF's during any given year, you will be required to pay your account with"cash only" or money order basis from that time forward.
Refunds
Registration & Curriculum Fees are non-refundable.
