Desoto County to fine residents for piles of leaves |

Desoto County residents will be fined for piles of leaves blocking drainage ditches. Mayor Greg Davis reminded citizens if they have piles of leaves raked and placed at the curb, they have to be bagged or it's a violation of city ordinance. Clogged gutters can lead to flash flooding issues
