The Painted Pigeon, a Mid-South art gallery, will hold an “Art of Dance” art exhibition on May 24. 

The Painted Pigeon Gallery and Gifts is a new outlet for local artists to display their work.  They officially opened on February 11 of this year.

This art show is sponsored by the Olive Branch Arts Council and will feature local artists as well as local handcrafted gifts.  The wine and cheese reception will start at 5:30 p.m. and end at 8 p.m. This event will be hosted by the gallery owners Dena Richardson, the executive director of the Olive Branch Arts Council, and Bettie Puckett who is president of Olive Branch Old Towne Association.

The Painted Pigeon is opened Thursday through Saturday and is located at 9144 Pigeon Roost, Old Towne Olive Branch.
