Woman robbed at gunpoint in her home | News

MEMPHIS, TN- (WMC-TV) – A 21-year-old is under arrest after police say he broke into a home through the window and held a victim at gunpoint as he demanded money.

The robbery happened on the 9400 block of Bryant Trent Boulevard in Olive Branch.

The victim in the robbery said she was working on the computer in her bedroom when the man approached her. She was ordered to sit on the closet floor as he stole her LCD television, two antique clocks, and some cash and credit cards.

The woman's debit card was used a short time later in the Hickory Hill area.

Olive Branch detectives identified Marquel Hayes, 21, as a suspect. He was arrested and is charged with burglary home invasion and grand larceny.
